TJ Chrastil
Veteran Transition Specialist
TJ Chrastil, a Lincoln native, began his journey at Lincoln Southeast High School and joined the Army National Guard at 17. Over nine years, he served commendably, including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom II as a recovery vehicle operator.
After his honorable discharge, TJ transitioned to journalism, earning accolades from the Nebraska Press Association as an Investigative Reporter. Later, he traveled nationwide as a corporate journalist, creating newsletters for major railroad companies, broadening his industry knowledge.
Dedicated to growth, TJ completed a five-year apprenticeship with the Steamfitter's Local Union 464, earning his Journeyman Steamfitter's license. He mastered skills in troubleshooting, layout, and welding for large-scale heating and cooling systems.
In addition, TJ thrived in music as the lead singer and guitarist for a regional touring band. Now, he channels his creativity as a singer-songwriter, crafting songs inspired by his diverse experiences.
Above all, TJ is a devoted father to his son and two daughters. Today, as a second-generation Realtor with Nebraska Realty, he uses his expertise to guide Seniors and veterans in finding homes to create lasting memories. TJ is not just a Realtor but a trusted advisor dedicated to helping clients with one of life’s most significant decisions.

Bud Thomsen

Bud is native to rural southeast Nebraska and holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln—from the Engineering College in Construction Engineering. Following extensive experience with various construction projects across the United States and internationally, he established permanent residence in Millard.
In 2005, Bud transitioned from corporate roles to pursue a full-time career in residential real estate. He holds several professional designations, including Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Senior Housing Professional, Broker Price Opinion Realtor, and Certified Probate Specialist.
Bud has built his practice around providing specialized services to attorneys, trustees, and personal representatives of estates. His primary focus is delivering tailored solutions that ensure seamless and efficient management and disposition of estate properties.
